Jenny joined KPPA in 2017 as a Paralegal Consultant with the Division of Legal Services. She works closely with the Attorneys and Investigators in the Non-Advocacy Division. She reviews/processes responses to retired reemployed requests and works collaboratively with attorney(s) on several projects/tasks as well as performing initial review of pension spiking documentation and processing underground storage files for the agency. She also worked to streamline the process for storage and retrieval of documents for Legal Services Division.

Prior to joining KPPA, Jenny served as Legal Assistant/Administrative Specialist and Docket Administrator during her nearly thirteen years with the Office of the Attorney General where she prepared and maintained monthly/quarterly and annual statistics tracking opinion ratios and outcomes in the state and U.S. Federal Courts for criminal cases and become a Certified Hearing Officer.

Prior to that, Jenny worked for the Ky. State Police Central Forensic Laboratory as an Administrative Specialist II for almost four years. During which time, Jenny worked with analysts and prepared complicated analytical reports and crime scene reports for the courts, researched drug cases for adjudication and dismissal, set up subpoena tracker for the lab as well as fielding and responding to law enforcement, legal and judicial calls and coordination evidence intake.

Jenny is a member of the Kentucky Safety and Prevention Alignment Network (KSPAN) and continues to serve as an Election Officer Clerk for the Franklin Co. Circuit Clerk’s Office, which she has done since 1985. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys photography with her grandchildren, studying advance mathematics while listening to CSI or real crime podcasts, or listening to music while making jewelry.
